Combining our knowledge of the customer's needs with the technical solutions offered by the companies we represent insures that we deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction.

02 Inside Sales Reps Our inside sales reps can proactively reach a greater number of customers, especially those in hard to reach places across Canada. Smaller customers poised to grow are insured excellent technical support and service by our motivated and qualified team of inside sales representatives.

03 Customer Service Representatives Our highly trained Customer Service Team manage all aspects of the customer's ordering and Principal's fulfillment process. Their "can do" customer first attitude ensures they exceed expectations every time.

04 Design Win Sales Strategy We develop specific strategies that allows our team to position our Principals in a meaningful and impactful. For all Principal products deemed to be strategically important we create a report which identifies the target accounts which make up at least 80% of the opportunity across Canada for those products.

05 Key Account Management InTELaTech's approach to Key Account Management focuses on developing multiple high level relationships with key decision makers through out the organization. Relationship management is the cornerstone of our Key Account program.

06 Demand Creation & Support We provide all of our available technical resources and consulting expertise to assist our customers with their design challenges. By combining our design-win focus with motivating incentive promotions we help create significant demand and consistent growth for our Principals.
