InTELaTECH Field Sales Engineers (FSEs) manage sales activities and relationships for the key accounts within the Tier 1 & 2 customer levels. FSEs understand and translate our customers’ requirements and satisfy them with complete solutions.

Our Inside Sales Reps (ISRs) proactively manage a large number of assigned accounts, respond to unassigned accounts and focus on the Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts solutions.

ISRs provide greater coverage of all territory opportunities and scope new and growing companies poised to become major players.

Management’s marketing efforts ensure new product introduction follow our customers’ lead in meeting their quick time-to-market demands.

At the front line of an impressive array of products and services is our Field Sales Engineer (FSE), your account manager. Highly trained, experienced and knowledgeable of your environment, FSEs advise your organization on how you can take full advantage of our services.

Supporting the FSEs is a dedicated group of Customer Service Reps (CSRs) who take care of administrative tasks so the FSEs can focus on you. The CSR group has a tactical reporting line to the Operations Manager.

Guiding this customer focused team is the Area Sales Manager who ensures that all obstacles are cleared in the teams' efforts to provide customer support excellence.

Our Field Applications Engineers evaluate the Principals’ focus products and markets and provide technical support for the customer and our sales team resolving customer challenges. FAEs arm the sales force with the technical information they need to develop effective sales strategies and sell the Principals’ products within a territory.

When our customers need technical expertise on specific products or technologies, we are ready to service them - we work closely with principal manufacturers to stay on top of product developments and get the timely answers you need.
